Last updated: August 15, 2026. This policy describes the current Orqana AI product and may be updated as the product changes.
What Orqana stores
When you create an account and workspace, Orqana uses the account information provided through the platform sign-in service. In the app, we store the workspace name, workspace membership, AI profile details you enter, and messages saved in your test chats. If you allow optional product analytics, we also store a random app identifier and a short lifecycle event record such as a creator start, generated draft, preview test, save intent, or sign-up completion.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, show the correct workspace, save and test the AI profiles you create, provide workspace collaboration, and support any platform-hosted billing you choose to use. Optional lifecycle records help us understand product flow in aggregate. We do not put creator prompts, AI profile content, or test-chat message content into lifecycle analytics. Orqana’s current test-chat preview is generated from your saved profile configuration; it does not require you to provide an AI-provider credential.
Consent and contact choices
Product analytics is optional and controlled with a small in-app choice. It uses a random app identifier rather than advertising cookies, raw IP addresses, or browser fingerprinting. Marketing email is separate: we create a marketing contact record only when you deliberately opt in with your account email, and we record the consent status, time, source, policy version, and any withdrawal. Creating an account does not itself opt you in to marketing email.
Platform services
Account authentication, platform email flows, and checkout or payment handling are provided by the platform services that make those features available to Orqana. Orqana does not collect payment card details in this app. We do not add third-party analytics SDKs, ad pixels, or tracking cookies to this storefront.
Workspace access
AI profiles and test chats are scoped to a workspace. Server-side checks require an authenticated member of that workspace before profile, conversation, or message data can be read or changed. Workspace members may be able to see workspace content according to the product’s collaboration features.
Your choices
Signed-in users can download an export of the AI profiles they created, related test-chat data, user-linked lifecycle records, analytics consent, and marketing contact/consent history from Privacy & Data. They can withdraw marketing consent, disable optional analytics for the current browser session, and delete user-linked lifecycle/contact data there. Existing AI-data deletion remains limited to profiles and chats they created; self-service deletion does not delete the account, workspace membership, or content created by other workspace members.
Retention and review
We retain data only for as long as reasonably needed for the product, support, security, and documented retention practices. Retention schedules for lifecycle analytics and any future campaigns are subject to product and legal review. This policy describes product safeguards and is not a legal compliance certification.
