Terms for using Orqana AI.

Last updated: August 15, 2026. These terms describe the current Orqana AI product and are not a substitute for a separately negotiated agreement.

Using the service

Orqana helps you create and test workspace-scoped AI profiles from the instructions you provide. You are responsible for the information you enter, the way you use generated test-chat content, and ensuring you have the rights needed to use your content.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep your account credentials private and use the service only through your own authenticated account. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting members and managing their access. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or workspace data.

Billing

If paid access is offered, checkout and payment processing are platform-hosted. Orqana does not collect payment card details in this app. Product availability, prices, and access terms are shown in the applicable product or checkout flow.

Your content and data

You retain responsibility for the AI profile details and test-chat inputs you create. Orqana uses this data to provide the service. You can export or delete your created AI profiles and related test-chat data from the in-app Privacy & Data page, subject to the product’s current capabilities. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
