Privacy request intake
Request help with your data.
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, portability, or another privacy concern. This route collects requests for review; it does not guarantee a legal outcome or confirm that a request will be fulfilled in a particular timeframe.
1. Export or delete what you can
If you can sign in, use Privacy & Data to export or delete the AI profiles and test chats you created, manage optional analytics, withdraw marketing consent, and export or delete account-linked lifecycle/contact records.
2. Send a request for review
Email team@orqana-ai.madethis.app with the subject “Privacy request,” the email address associated with your account, and a short description of what you need. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or private credentials.
3. We will review the request
The team may need to confirm account ownership or ask for clarifying details before responding. We may not be able to process requests that cannot be verified or that conflict with applicable obligations.
